Itrader issue, I think with newer PHP builds

Ok, got an issue. I think it is a bug with the PHP version

we were running VB and Itrader fine until the forum was handed over to a new owner. Then we had to move the files over to a new account on the same host.

Original server was running PHP 5.2.9 <-- Everything worked fine

New account on a new server/same host running PHP 5.2.12 <-- Both Itrader and Links @ downloads mods broke.

This file/edits fixed the links and download mods but the itrader issue is still there?

did you contact your webmaster to see about this?

because i have no idea why this is occuring... it's not the PHP version for sure, but it can be the files that were moved that is causing the problem...

I did the move my self, after the move both itrader and links and downloads did not work everything else did.

So I downloaded fresh files for each mod and uploaded them again, same thing. I contacted the host they did some research on there end. They found an issue with links and downloads about a PHP version causing this issue with some edits to a file and it was fixed.

They told me the only change between accounts was new account had newer PHP build. All the files were good.

So they said to contact the mod maker to find out the issue, so here I am.

hum, ok... i'll see with the details, but the error given is not regarding codes but the transition between the script management and the ouput, which have nothing to do with the content of my scripts... do you have other addons that required file uploads?

Nope.

I'm just going by the webhost's instructions. They told me that the account is good and all files are correct, they compared a backup to the current files on site and even tried the upload of new mods files like I did and both mods still gave the same exact error.

They found the solution with the other mod I edited the one file and it works. So they suggested I contact itrader creator to see if there was a edit that can be done.
